ASEAN Tourism Marketing Strategy 2012 – 2015 The ASEAN Tourism Strategic Plan (ATSP) 2011-2015 that was adopted by the ASEAN Tourism Ministers in January 2011 calls for the development of a marketing strategy by January 2012. The College of Innovation, Thammasat University led by Prof. Dr. Walter Jamieson, Director of the Service Innovation Program, was responsible for the development of the ASEAN Tourism Marketing Strategy during March 2011 – January 2012.
